Windows 8

 

Windows 8 is Microsoft's newest operating system scheduled to be released October 26, 2012. It features some brilliant and stunning looking graphics and animations but has been under much fire from press as well.

 

One of windows 8's main features is that it will tie together all smart phones, tablets and computers seamlessly. If you own a smart phone or tablet that runs on windows, with windows 8 you will be able to connect all your devices together easily sharing pictures, videos and more.

 

Along with this syntonization, windows 8 also includes a large amount of upgraded software. Internet explorer 10, USB 3.0 and Windows Defender to name a few.

 

Now controversy with windows 8 have also stirred. Many are concerned that it is restricting freedoms from its users and "simplifying" the OS too greatly. While many of these concerns are valid, an average user would have no problem with the changes and may in fact welcome the simplification of the OS.
